So I didn't end up needing an attorney for my ticket but I did speak with Jake over here. Out of the 3 places I called they were the cheapest. On top of that he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and explaining the process. He was extremely nice and informative. All the other places I called seemed like they were in a rush to get me off the phone. I was involved in a fender bender and was looking at kissing my license, I was pretty certain that there wasn’t a chance of saving it but David and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Getting a lawyer is one of those things you never want to do, but if you have to, I say look no further than David and his team. I got a semi serious traffic ticket I'm not proud of and the worse case scenario was bad. From the second I spoke with David I was put at ease. David put together an incredible game plan that inspired confidence while my court date got delayed because of COVID-19. He was there to answer e-mails usually within 24 or 48 hours at most - his whole team is exceptional and incredibly responsive. I was wrongly Traffic Ticketed 8 points after a three car accident. David Colt and his firm were recommended to me by a co worker. Let’s start with the fact that I don’t write reviews often, it takes a lot for me to be encouraged to do so. So you’re probably looking for reviews for a lawyer to fight your dui, racing or reckless driving ticket because well you’re like everyone else who doesn’t want to loose their license, pay the fines to keep corrupt government employees employed, or deal with misdemeanor charges that will make it so you can’t afford insurance ever again. If this is the case David will take care of you. To Justify my case on why you should stop stressing right now about your ticket and what lawyer to use and pick up the phone and call David is below: I had a very hefty ticket I would of lost my license for it and then some. Your 4 point speeding ticket is nothing compared to my over exaggerated charges given to me. Right off the bat David’s paralegal helped get the case rolling and gathered information from me. He was super nice. Then I had a phone appointment set for 12 with David to talk about what to do and how to go about my case. This was sort of a test for me to see if he’d call on time, it says a lot about someone when they are on top of the time. To my surprise he called noon on the dot. I was impressed. David had a lot of great suggestions to help “get me off the hook”. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel much more at ease. We established a game plan and off I went to do some task to prepare for court. My date roles around and my stress and anxiety levels were through the roof.
